Rikhi Ram Musical Instruments Mfg. Co. Over the years, we have developed a good relationship with "Rikhi Ram", Shree Bishan Dass and son Ajay Sharma. We had a most enjoyable visit with Ajay when he was on tour with Pt. Ravi Shankar and Anoushka in 2000. Ajay returned his kindness and hospitality when we visited New Delhi in 2001. He was so kind in picking us up at the airport and driving us to our hotel, next-door to their shop. Chicago's traffic is extremely mild compared to India's! It was quite an experience to visit their shop in Connaught Circus. We especially enjoyed sitting with Shree Bishan Dass as he shared many of his photo albums of famous people he's met through the years. And, there are dozens of photos of famous artists displayed around the store. (Yes, including the Beatles.)
