Two (2) rows of steel jingles. Goat-skin head. Two (2) sizes: 10-inches and 7-inches Medium: Gesso. Acrylics. Paint pens. Matte Varnish. Common-sense Care: Temperatures directly affect any acoustic instruments. Tambourine should be kept in temperature-controlled environment. Like with all acoustic instruments, especially natural skin tambourines, drums, etc., too much humidity will cause skin to expand and sound 'flat'; less humidity (during winter months) will 'shrink' skin becoming very tight requiring additional moisture. Avoid using sticks or other sharp objects on painted tambourine surface; use wood-frame sides when playing tambourine instead of directly on head. ******************************************************************* Prices START at: $35 for 7-inch tambourine; $40 for 10-inch tambourine.
