| In India, this is known as a street-musician's instrument. In the west, it is best described as a dulcimer or auto-harp like instrument. A combination of keys and strings, played by depressing one key at-a-time and strumming strings with pick. Bul Buls are made of all wood, with the exceptin of the keys which is 'coated' or covered with a plastic-like finish, much like piano keys. Bul Buls were originally constructed with typewriter keys.
