| Advertising Contract - Terms of Agreement. It is understood that upon reading this agreement, and by submitting the necessary information, the "Advertiser" = you, the individual or business , hereby acknowledges and accepts these terms to Sitar Emporium. Advertiser's Responsibility. 1. To provide 2 clear color or black & white photos for web page. 2. To provide correct information of business or service for web page. 3. To pay fees directly to Sitar Emporium (see mailing address below) on time. Sitar Emporium's Responsibility. 1. To create one full color page with 2 photos of your choice. 2. Will highlight new business / service on Sitar Emporium's main page for one month. 3. Will check for spelling errors only once. 4. Is not responsible for incorrect contents/information from advertiser. Fees. 1. One-year advertising @ $35.00/mo = First and last month fees required. At the end of the one full year, If the advertiser agrees to another full year, a discount of minus-one month fee applies. 2. One-time set-up fee = $15. If annual advertising lapses, set-up fee will apply.
